The Eternal

An enigmatic specter from ancient times.

Responsible for the possession of Dami Crik and the theft of the Eclipse from the ISRG, the shadow is an invasive force of subversion.

With the final death of its avatar at the hands of Kaesha Fulrau and Mandalore, the Shadow is certainly on the hunt for a new vessel.

Black Squadron

Breaking the Seal

While attempting to track down the illusive masterminds responsible for abduction and indoctrination of Force-Sensitive children, Black Squadron stumbled upon an ancient Sith tomb located on the jungle moon Dxun. Descending into the structure, the squadron eventually uncovered a Sith sarcophagus. Kred Jervata, Jedi Apprentice, was soon confronted by the specter later to be referred to as only the "Shadow".

Professing its previous life and the extents of its current existence, the shadow struck a bargain with Kred. In return for using Kred as a vessel to escape the world, the Shadow promised to aid the squadron in its escape from Dxun and knowledge of the Empire's movements on the world. Kred, reluctantly, accepted the bargain, taking on the Shadow as a passenger.

Travelling with Kred for many months, the entity shared its knowledge and opinions with Kred. Ever the Jedi at heart, Kred eventually became weary of the creature's sermons, breaking their bargain. Now freed, the Shadow sought a new vessel through which to strengthen its growing power.

Finding a perfect candidate in the troubled former Jedi, Dami Crik, the Shadow began to act on its grander ambitions.

The Eclipse

When Dami Crik was later slain by Septus during the Raid on the Eclipse, the Shadow took full possession of Crik's body. Using this form, the Shadow went on to defeat Barriss Offee, using the Eclipse's Nexus weapon to amplify its power. Taking control of the entire Imperial fleet, reducing its crews to a trance-like state, the Shadow would later abscond with the Eclipse into the unknown regions of the galaxy.
